1. Prepare and File Articles (Certificate) of Incorporation.
This is required if you are incorporating. We will prepare Articles (Certificate) of Incorporation for your new corporation and file this document with the Secretary of State. We will return a certified copy of your Articles (Certificate) of Incorporation to you once we receive this document from the Secretary of State.

2. Prepare IRS Form SS-4 Employer Identification Number.
We will prepare a complete, individualized IRS From SS-4 for you to file on behalf of your corporation. All corporation that have employees must have an Employer Identification Number even if you are the only employee of your corporation.
